Jayme is a Licensed Massage Therapist with an intuitive touch. Her style combines a mixture of Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques to provide a very relaxing yet effective massage. She graduated in 2016 and is passionate about massage because it works. After being in a major car accident it was massage therapy that helped her to recover and regain her strength. It is what inspired her to become a body worker. She believes in the body’s ability to heal itself and utilizes her expertise to assist in this process.  

Jayme is trained in a variety of massage therapy modalities which include: Swedish, Deep Tissue/Therapeutic, Strain/Countersrtrain, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Hot Stone, DoTerra Aromatouch Technique/Aromatherapy, Range of Motion, Cupping Therapy and Myo-Fascial Release. Her goal is to help clients increase their mobility, reduce pain and discomfort and promote overall health. Her mission is to help clients relax, restore and revive by providing a healing experience.
