Weekend Retreat Itinerary and Schedule

The focus of the weekend is on creating a daily self care practice to include a morning routine designed to support your health and wellness. 

 

*Learn a gentle yoga practice that focuses on releasing tension in the spine as well as the mind. We experience a better quality of life when our nervous system feels comfortable inside our body. 

*Let go of all that no longer serves you during our Goddess fire ceremony. Journaling, chanting and smudging with sage are a few of the rituals we will use.

 

*Leave with a renewed sense of self and a better understanding of how to utilize and modify your daily self care practice to support and maintain balance in your life. 

 

We have prepared take home bags filled with valuable essential self care tools that are based on Ayurvedic principles:
 

*neti pot

*dry brush

*castor oil

*oil pulling oil

*tongue scraper  

*fascial roller

Retreat Schedule:

Friday Evening:

 

7pm  Guests arrive, great and graze

 

8pm   Lani Yoga w/ intro to Ayurveda

 

9pm   Hot tub and cozy fireside chats

 

Saturday Morning:

 

8:30  Morning routine starts w/ warm lemon water, guided meditation and journaling 

 

9am  Breakfast and morning visit

 

10am  Lani Yoga w/ intro to self care goody bag and self lymphatic massage

 

12pm  Lunch to include Kitchari

 

1pm   Ayurvedic Principles w/ group discussion

 

Afternoon Break

 

4pm  Lani Yoga w/ Chakra chanting and Pranayama

 

6pm  Dinner

 

8pm  Goddess fire ceremony w/ sage cleansing 

 

9pm  Hot tub and cozy fireside chats

 

Sunday Morning:

 

8:30 Morning routine w/ oil pulling, tongue scraping, neti pot, dry brushing and self lymphatic massage

 

10am Ho'opononpono and a guided visualization journey

 

11am Brunch

 

1pm Lani Yoga w/ Closing Circle 

 

3pm  Retreat ends

I'm a licensed massage therapist and yoga teacher with over 25 years of experience. I know the importance of prioritizing a regular self care routine and love to help my clients create an at home practice. I'm always just as excited as they are when they feel better! 

My quality of life has improved greatly since learning of Ayurveda ~ the science and knowledge of life ~ and implementing these basic principles into my routine and the way I eat, move breathe and sleep. Even the way I think is more pleasant. I'm more understanding and compassionate with myself as well as others.
