24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment.

We understand that circumstances will occasionally occur in your life and that you might be late or need to cancel/reschedule an appointment.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please consider a friend, relative or colleague that might want to fill your appointment. We always appreciate referrals!!

If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice:
 

You will be charged the full amount of the service that you are scheduled for because your therapist has reserved their time for you.  

We hope you understand that our time is valuable and dedicated solely to our scheduled clients. 

*Please communicate your reason for needing to cancel with your therapist. Illness and emergency's happen, are understandable and your therapist may decide to forgive any applicable fees.  

*Cancellation fees must be paid prior to or before your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows

If you forget, or subconsciously forget, an appointment without calling to cancel, you will be considered a “no-show.” Your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged the full amount of the service that you scheduled.

Arriving late

Out of consideration for your therapist and other clients, please plan ahead to arrive on time. Appointment times are made to accommodate your schedule.

If you arrive late:

Your session will be condensed so that other scheduled appointments can still begin on time.

Your therapist may decide to reschedule, if they determine there is not enough time for an effective treatment and our 24 hour cancellation policy fees will apply.

When you learn that you are going to be late, please give us a call, text or email if possible. Thank you!
